The University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth, (UMass- Dartmouth) founded in 1885, is a public university of almost 9,000 students; 7.000 undergraduate and 2,000 Graduate. Located just about 1 hour from Boston, the university offers an extensive number of undergraduate and Graduate programs and a select number of PhD programs in many popular degree areas.
UMass- Dartmouth enrolls students from over 35 countries around the world and is very interested in assisting students enroll in the Fall or Spring semesters. International students' will find the campus very safe and one where there are many clubs, student organizations, activities, athletic programs and social events on the campus and in the surrounding area.

Most Graduate programs have an early application deadline of February 1st for Fall entry and November 1st for Spring entry.
